This is a Specialized US Collection of stamps. They range from Scott 248-279 B. Also included are Scott A88, the 19th Century 2 Cent Washington. There are also 2+ pages of precancels from all over the USA (AKRON to YOUNGSTOWN). There are over 50 pages of these in all, both Mint and Used. The stamps are in Very Fine Condition.
