Each binder has 50 sleeves with 2 per sleeve of Commemorative Covers and Mint Condition Stamps, for a total of 200 stamps and covers! Both binders measure 10 1/4" x 9 3/4". They are both published by the Postal Commemorative Society (PCS). Both volumes in very good condition. Looks like all the dates stamped on covers are from the 2000s. We DO combine shipping costs!
