Description

This auction is for a very nice old original pair of glass eyed mallard decoys by the Animal Trap Company of Pascagoula Mississippi circa 1950s. This nice old pair of decoys are in good structural condition and mostly slightly worn original paint. The bill on the hen has been repaired and repainted. The drake is missing a chip of wood from the base of the neck. They have their original glass eyes and small metal anchor loops. The hen has two large lead pad ballast weights while the drake has a lead strip ballast weight. The hen still retains her original ink stamp ATCO marking on the bottom. They are approximately 16 inches long. The shipping cost stated is for the lower 48 states.
