Description

This auction is for an excellent lightweight hollow drake redhead duck decoy. I believe that this is an Illinois River decoy but I can not verify that. He is extremely well carved and the three piece hollow body is held together by wooden dowels. He is in a mix of early original paint and old working repaint. He still has his original tack eyes. He is in good structural condition with slight body seam separation, a small tail chip and a repair to the tip of the bill. This is an exceptional old working decoy and I hesitate to sell this one but bills have to get paid. He is approximately 13 inches long. The shipping cost stated is for the lower 48 states.
